In addition to being tasty, this red fruit syrup is made with few ingredients and is ready in no time!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (tea) of sugar

  • 1 cup of berries (tea)

  • 50 ml of water

Directions

  • Add the berries, sugar, water to a pan and stir non-stop over medium heat for about 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Reduce to low heat and continue cooking the syrup without stopping stirring until it thickens.
  • Turn off the heat, transfer to a container and wait for the red fruit syrup to cool at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
  • If you want the smoothest syrup, beat it in a blender or pass it through a sieve and it is ready for consumption.
