Ingredients
2 tablespoons of emulsifier (50 grams)
1 tablespoon (soup) base for ice cream flavor condensed milk or any other you prefer
1 box condensed milk (room temperature)
Directions
- Add the condensed milk, ice cream base and emulsifier to the bowl of a stand mixer.
- Beat on medium speed for approximately 5 minutes, or until the mixture doubles in volume and is firm.
- Transfer the icing to a pastry bag and it is ready to be used in frosting/filling cakes or other desserts of your choice.
