How my Grandmother made Ambrosia, an easy and quick recipe, a true delicacy of the Gods.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of sugar (265 g)

  • 1 liter of milk

  • 1 cinnamon stick

  • 8 cloves from India

  • 4 eggs

  • 1 lemon juice

Directions

  • Caramelize the sugar, add the boiling milk, stir well until the caramel dissolves;
  • Add cloves, cinnamon and lemon juice. 
    Stir well and let cook for 1 minute;
  • Add the beaten eggs, stir well and cook over low heat for 50 minutes.
