This turkey breast pâté recipe is the perfect accompaniment to toast and bread!
Ingredients
100 grams of turkey breast
1/2 cup of cottage cheese
1/2 small onion
Chopped parsley to taste
Salt to taste (optional)
Directions
- Add the chopped turkey breast to a food processor or blender and blend until the consistency you prefer.
Remove and book. - Add the chopped onion and grind as much as you can.
Then transfer the turkey breast, onion, cottage cheese and parsley to a container. - Add salt to taste and optionally, mix well with a spoon and the turkey breast pâté is ready to serve.
