Ingredients
500g milk or semisweet chocolate
1 can of condensed milk
1 can of milk
3 eggs
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
Directions
- Start by preparing the pudding: in a pan, mix the condensed milk, the milk, the sifted egg yolks and the cornstarch.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. - Remove from heat, add vanilla essence and mix well.
Reserve. - Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave, stirring occasionally until smooth.
- With the help of a brush, make a layer of chocolate in the form of an Easter egg and take it to the fridge for about 5 minutes to harden.
- Repeat the process one more time, so that the egg is firmer.
- With a spoon, distribute the pudding over the chocolate layer, leaving a space at the edges so that the filling does not escape.
- Cover the pudding with another layer of chocolate and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
- Unmold carefully and, if you like, decorate with melted chocolate and Easter confectionery.
