For your Easter Egg Stuffed with Pudding to be perfect, follow the step-by-step preparation method using the ingredients on the list.


  • 500g milk or semisweet chocolate

  • 1 can of condensed milk

  • 1 can of milk

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence


  • Start by preparing the pudding: in a pan, mix the condensed milk, the milk, the sifted egg yolks and the cornstarch. 
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
  • Remove from heat, add vanilla essence and mix well. 
  • Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave, stirring occasionally until smooth.
  • With the help of a brush, make a layer of chocolate in the form of an Easter egg and take it to the fridge for about 5 minutes to harden.
  • Repeat the process one more time, so that the egg is firmer.
  • With a spoon, distribute the pudding over the chocolate layer, leaving a space at the edges so that the filling does not escape.
  • Cover the pudding with another layer of chocolate and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
  • Unmold carefully and, if you like, decorate with melted chocolate and Easter confectionery.
  • Your pudding-filled Easter egg is ready!
