Follow the instructions on how to prepare using the ingredients mentioned below so that your Homemade Bread is perfect!

Ingredients

  • 500g wheat flour

  • 1 sachet of dry yeast (10g)

  • 1 tablespoon of sugar

  • 1 tablespoon of salt

  • 1 egg

  • 1/4 cup oil

  • 300ml of warm water

Directions

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, dry yeast, sugar and salt.
  • Add the egg and oil and mix well.
  • Add the warm water little by little and mix with a wooden spoon or with your hands until you get a homogeneous mass.
  • On a floured surface, knead the dough for about 10 minutes, until it is smooth and elastic.
  • Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover with a cloth and let it rest for about 1 hour, or until the dough doubles in size.
  • After the dough has risen, place it in an oiled loaf pan and let it rest again for about 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Place the bread in the oven and bake for about 40 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
