Easy to prepare, creamy choconhaque is a guaranteed presence at most June festivals!

Ingredients

  • 500 ml of milk

  • 1 cup (tea) of brandy

  • 1 box of cream

  • 1 can of condensed milk

  • 4 tablespoons of cocoa powder

Directions

  • Place the condensed milk, chocolate powder and cream in a pan off the heat.
  • Mix well, add the milk and mix again until the ingredients are homogeneous.
  • Place the pan on the heat, add the cognac and stir well while cooking until it becomes creamy (do not boil).
  • When it acquires a creamy consistency, the choconhaque is ready to serve and drink.
