Simple and practical, the 4-milk cream filling surprises with its special flavor!

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of emulsifier

  • 2 cans of condensed milk

  • 10 tablespoons of powdered milk

  • 400 grams of cream

  • 600 ml whole milk

Directions

  • In a pan, place the whole milk and powdered milk and mix until dissolved.
  • Add the cream, condensed milk, emulsifier and mix well.
  • Place the pan over low heat and stir constantly until the cream thickens.
  • Transfer the cream to a baking dish and allow to cool to room temperature.
  • Cover with plastic wrap, leave in the fridge for 2 hours and the filling is ready.
