Ingredients
1 tablespoon of emulsifier
2 cans of condensed milk
10 tablespoons of powdered milk
400 grams of cream
600 ml whole milk
Directions
- In a pan, place the whole milk and powdered milk and mix until dissolved.
- Add the cream, condensed milk, emulsifier and mix well.
- Place the pan over low heat and stir constantly until the cream thickens.
- Transfer the cream to a baking dish and allow to cool to room temperature.
- Cover with plastic wrap, leave in the fridge for 2 hours and the filling is ready.
