This maizena cake is so tasty and quick you will make it more often!

Ingredients

  • 3 whole eggs

  • 2 cups cornstarch/cornstarch

  • 1 can of condensed milk (395 grams)

Directions

  • Separate the whites from the yolks, beat the whites in a mixer until they become snowy and transfer to another container.
  • In the clean bowl of the mixer, place the condensed milk, the egg yolks and beat for 3 minutes.
  • Add the cornstarch to the mixture and stir very well with a whisk. 
    Add the egg whites and stir gently to homogenize.
  • Unite with butter or margarine and sprinkle with cornstarch a form and then transfer the dough to it.
  • Place the cake in a preheated oven at 180º₢ and bake for approximately 40 minutes.
  • Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool at room temperature. 
    Develop the maizena cake and it is ready to serve.
