Ingredients
3 whole eggs
2 cups cornstarch/cornstarch
1 can of condensed milk (395 grams)
Directions
- Separate the whites from the yolks, beat the whites in a mixer until they become snowy and transfer to another container.
- In the clean bowl of the mixer, place the condensed milk, the egg yolks and beat for 3 minutes.
- Add the cornstarch to the mixture and stir very well with a whisk.Â
Add the egg whites and stir gently to homogenize. - Unite with butter or margarine and sprinkle with cornstarch a form and then transfer the dough to it.
- Place the cake in a preheated oven at 180º₢ and bake for approximately 40 minutes.
- Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool at room temperature.Â
Develop the maizena cake and it is ready to serve.
