This yogurt cake is not only easy and delicious, but it’s also made with just a few ingredients!

It’s so easy to prepare this yogurt cake that you’ll be surprised!

Ingredients

  • 3 whole eggs

  • 1/3 cup (tea) oil

  • 1/2 cup (tea) sugar

  • 1 cup of natural yogurt

  • 1 cup and 1/2 (tea) of wheat flour

  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder

Directions

  • In a container or mixer add the eggs, sugar and beat well.
  • Add the yogurt, oil and mix well. 
    Add the yeast, wheat flour and stir until uniform.
  • Pour the dough into a greased and floured pan, place in a preheated oven at 170º₢ and bake for around 55 minutes.
  • After the yogurt cake has cooled, turn it out onto a plate or platter and it is ready to cut and serve.
