Ingredients
3 whole eggs
1/3 cup (tea) oil
1/2 cup (tea) sugar
1 cup of natural yogurt
1 cup and 1/2 (tea) of wheat flour
1 tablespoon of baking powder
Directions
- In a container or mixer add the eggs, sugar and beat well.
- Add the yogurt, oil and mix well.
Add the yeast, wheat flour and stir until uniform. - Pour the dough into a greased and floured pan, place in a preheated oven at 170º₢ and bake for around 55 minutes.
- After the yogurt cake has cooled, turn it out onto a plate or platter and it is ready to cut and serve.
