Flavor and simplicity are the success of this whole oat bread!

Ingredients

  • 3 whole eggs

  • 1 pinch of salt or to taste

  • 1 cup oat bran (fine)

  • 1/2 tablespoon baking powder

  • 30 ml of coconut milk

  • 30 ml of olive oil

Directions

  • In a bowl add the eggs, salt and mix well.
  • Add the coconut milk, olive oil, oat bran and mix again.
  • Add the baking soda, stir until homogenized and pour the dough into a greased baking dish.
  • Bake the bread for approximately 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 180º₢.
  • Unmold the oatmeal bread after it cools down and it is ready to serve.
