Ingredients
3 whole eggs
1 pinch of salt or to taste
1 cup oat bran (fine)
1/2 tablespoon baking powder
30 ml of coconut milk
30 ml of olive oil
Directions
- In a bowl add the eggs, salt and mix well.
- Add the coconut milk, olive oil, oat bran and mix again.
- Add the baking soda, stir until homogenized and pour the dough into a greased baking dish.
- Bake the bread for approximately 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 180º₢.
- Unmold the oatmeal bread after it cools down and it is ready to serve.
