The result of this tasty apple and banana wholemeal cake is incredible!

Ingredients

  • 5 bananas

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 apple

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1 tablespoon chemical baking powder

  • 1 cup oats (fine flakes)

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour (tea)

  • 1/2 cup butter (melted)

  • 1/2 cup (tea) of milk

  • 1/4 cup (tea) brown sugar

  • Icing sugar for sprinkling

Directions

  • In the blender add the milk, eggs, melted butter, 3 sliced ​​bananas and beat well.
  • Place the oats, whole wheat flour, brown sugar, cinnamon powder, yeast and mix well in a bowl.
  • Add the creamy mixture from the blender and stir until the dough is homogenized.
  • Add the diced apple and 2 sliced ​​bananas to the dough and mix until smooth.
  • Grease a mold with butter and flour, pour in all the dough and bake in a preheated oven at 180º₢ for about 40 minutes.
  • Wait for the cake to cool and unfold. 
    Sprinkle icing sugar on top and the whole apple and banana cake is ready.
