The perfect recipe for a late afternoon coffee. 
In addition to being easy to prepare, it is made with natural ingredients such as oats, whole wheat flour, brown sugar and fruits. 
It is very fluffy and tasty.

Ingredients

  • 5 bananas

  • 1 apple

  • 3 eggs

  • 1/2 cup (tea) milk

  • 1/2 cup (tea) melted butter

  • 1/4 cup (tea) brown sugar

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour (tea)

  • 1 cup oats (fine flakes)

  • 1 tablespoon(s) yeast

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • Icing sugar to decorate

Directions

  • Place the milk, eggs, melted butter and 3 chopped bananas in the blender. 
    Beat well.
  • In a container place the whole wheat flour, the oats, the brown sugar, the cinnamon and the yeast. 
    Mix well.
  • Add the liquid from the blender and mix.
  • Add the diced apple and the rest of the diced bananas. 
    Mix well.
  • Transfer to a medium-sized loaf pan, greased with margarine and flour.
  • Take to bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 40 minutes.
  • Do the toothpick test to make sure the cake is well baked.
  • Allow to cool before unmolding and sprinkle icing sugar on top to decorate.
