In addition to being easy to prepare, it is made with natural ingredients such as oats, whole wheat flour, brown sugar and fruits.Â
It is very fluffy and tasty.
Ingredients
5 bananas
1 apple
3 eggs
1/2 cup (tea) milk
1/2 cup (tea) melted butter
1/4 cup (tea) brown sugar
1 cup whole wheat flour (tea)
1 cup oats (fine flakes)
1 tablespoon(s) yeast
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Icing sugar to decorate
Directions
- Place the milk, eggs, melted butter and 3 chopped bananas in the blender.Â
Beat well. - In a container place the whole wheat flour, the oats, the brown sugar, the cinnamon and the yeast.Â
Mix well. - Add the liquid from the blender and mix.
- Add the diced apple and the rest of the diced bananas.Â
Mix well. - Transfer to a medium-sized loaf pan, greased with margarine and flour.
- Take to bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 40 minutes.
- Do the toothpick test to make sure the cake is well baked.
- Allow to cool before unmolding and sprinkle icing sugar on top to decorate.
