Ingredients
4 cups (tea) and 1/2 of wheat flour
3 whole eggs
2 tablespoons margarine or margarine
2 tablespoons chemical baking powder
1 cup (tea) of sugar
1 cup of milk (tea)
Directions
- Combine the eggs, sugar and butter or margarine in a bowl and mix well with a spoon or whisk.
- Add the milk, chemical yeast, wheat flour and stir well.Â
Mix with your hands and knead until the dough is homogenized and does not stick to your hands. - Model the cookies in the shape of cornrows with portions of the dough and have them in a greased and floured form.
- Place in a preheated oven at 180º₢ and bake them for 25 minutes.Â
Remove from the mold after cooling down and the wheat biscuits can now be served.
