Ingredients

  • 1 can tuna in water, drained

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1/4 of chopped onion

  • 1 teaspoon mustard

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • Chopped parsley to taste (optional)

Directions

  • In a bowl, mix the tuna, mayonnaise, lemon juice, onion and mustard.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Mix all the ingredients well until you get a creamy consistency.
  • Add chopped parsley (optional) and mix again.
  • Serve the tuna pate on toast, bread or use it as a sandwich filling.
