The recent clash between Donald Trump and Volodymyr Zelensky in the White House was an unprecedented episode that exposed the world the aggressiveness of the US government. According to economist Paulo Nogueira, “What we saw now was a totally different thing. In sight of all, the whole world looking, it was a disaster for Zelensky ”and also for the European allies, who received“ a warning sign of great magnitude ”.
