1 pack of curd cheese
250g granulated tapioca
500ml of milk
Directions
- Grate the curd cheese and transfer to a bowl;
- Add the granulated tapioca;
- Add salt to taste (we use 1 spoon);
- Add 500ml of very hot milk (almost boiling);
- Mix well;
- Transfer to a plastic film-lined shape;
- Cover with plastic film;
- Let it rest for 3 hours in the fridge;
- Remove the plastic and cut into cubes;
- Fry in hot oil or in an Air Fryer;
