This Tapioca Dadinho is perfect using the ingredients below and following the step-by-step preparation method.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of curd cheese

  • 250g granulated tapioca

  • 500ml of milk

Directions

  • Grate the curd cheese and transfer to a bowl;
  • Add the granulated tapioca;
  • Add salt to taste (we use 1 spoon);
  • Add 500ml of very hot milk (almost boiling);
  • Mix well;
  • Transfer to a plastic film-lined shape;
  • Cover with plastic film;
  • Let it rest for 3 hours in the fridge;
  • Remove the plastic and cut into cubes;
  • Fry in hot oil or in an Air Fryer;
  • Your Tapioca Dadinho is ready!
