Separate the ingredients and prepare this tapioca bun for a super yummy snack!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (tea) of mozzarella cheese (120 grams)

  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine

  • 2 cups of tapioca gum

  • 40 grams of grated parmesan

  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • Add the tapioca gum, chopped mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, butter or margarine and salt to taste in a bowl.
  • Mix the ingredients with your hands until well blended and the dough is smooth.
  • Shape the breads with the dough and prepare them in an electric fryer at 180º₢ for 10 to 15 minutes, or in a preheated oven at 180º₢ for 20 to 30 minutes.
  • Remove the tapioca breads from the fryer or oven, wait for them to cool down a bit and they can be served.
