Make this sweet potato bread for a fluffy, tasty and super quick snack!

Ingredients

  • 3 small eggs or 2 large eggs

  • 200 grams of boiled and mashed sweet potato

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 cups milk (powdered)

  • 1 teaspoon(s) baking powder

Directions

  • In a bowl place the boiled and mashed sweet potatoes, add the eggs and mix well.
  • Add the olive oil and milk powder, mix well, add the baking powder and mix again.
  • Transfer the dough to a greased roast with olive oil or butter and adjust well.
  • Put a little olive oil on top, arrange and place in a preheated oven at 180º₢ to bake for 25 minutes or until golden.
  • If you prefer to unmold, wait to cool down a bit and the sweet potato bread is ready to serve.
