Ingredients
3 small eggs or 2 large eggs
200 grams of boiled and mashed sweet potato
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cups milk (powdered)
1 teaspoon(s) baking powder
Directions
- In a bowl place the boiled and mashed sweet potatoes, add the eggs and mix well.
- Add the olive oil and milk powder, mix well, add the baking powder and mix again.
- Transfer the dough to a greased roast with olive oil or butter and adjust well.
- Put a little olive oil on top, arrange and place in a preheated oven at 180º₢ to bake for 25 minutes or until golden.
- If you prefer to unmold, wait to cool down a bit and the sweet potato bread is ready to serve.
