Ingredients
6 eggs
600 ml of milk
80 grams of xylitol
2 scoops of whey protein
Vanilla essence to taste
Agave syrup to taste
Directions
- Process the eggs, xylitol, whey protein, milk and vanilla essence to taste with a mixer or blender.
- Place the agave syrup to taste in a pan greased with butter or margarine and spread it well.
- Sift the mixture through a strainer into the pan with the syrup and cover with aluminum foil.
- Place in the air fryer at 160°₢ and bake the pudding for approximately 35 minutes.
- Leave the pudding in the fridge for 1 hour or more, unmold and it is ready to serve.
