Ingredients
4 eggs
4 bananas
500 g of natural yogurt or 400 ml of milk
50 g chocolate drops
Directions
- Mash the bananas with a fork and set aside;
- Beat the eggs with the natural yogurt and then add the mashed bananas, mix well and add the chocolate drops;
- Caramelize the mold with honey to taste and transfer the pudding mixture. Cover the mold with aluminum foil and place it in the pressure cooker, covering it with water until it is halfway up the mold. Once the pressure is reached, cook on medium heat for 15 minutes. Turn off the heat and let the pressure release completely. Unmold the pudding when it is cold.
