Ingredients
3 apples
1 lemon juice
1 cinnamon stick
1 tablespoon xylitol or other sweetener
Directions
- Peel the apples, discard the seeds and chop the fruit into cubes.
- Transfer the apples to a pan, add the xylitol or other sweetener and the lemon juice.
- Place over medium heat, cover the pan and stir the candy from time to time.
- Put the cinnamon when it boils, knead as you prefer and keep stirring.
- After cooking for another 10 minutes, turn off the heat, wait for it to cool down and the sweet/apple jelly recipe is ready.
