This sugar-free apple jam/jelly recipe is all good!

Ingredients

  • 3 apples

  • 1 lemon juice

  • 1 cinnamon stick

  • 1 tablespoon xylitol or other sweetener

Directions

  • Peel the apples, discard the seeds and chop the fruit into cubes.
  • Transfer the apples to a pan, add the xylitol or other sweetener and the lemon juice.
  • Place over medium heat, cover the pan and stir the candy from time to time.
  • Put the cinnamon when it boils, knead as you prefer and keep stirring.
  • After cooking for another 10 minutes, turn off the heat, wait for it to cool down and the sweet/apple jelly recipe is ready.
