Ingredients
240 ml of milk
4 eggs (separate the yolks from the whites)
3 cups wheat flour (tea)
2 cups of sugar (tea)
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla essence
100 grams unsalted butter
Icing sugar for sprinkling
Directions
- Add the sugar, the butter at room temperature, the egg yolks in a bowl and mix until you form a cream.
- Add the milk, wheat flour and mix the ingredients very well.
- Beat the egg whites with a mixer or mixer until they become stiff.
- Put the vanilla essence in the dough and mix.Â
Add the egg whites, the baking soda and stir until uniform. - Grease a mold with butter and flour, place the dough and bake for 45 minutes in a preheated oven at 180º₢.
