Ingredients

  • 400g white or black shimeji

  • 4 tablespoons of shoyu

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

  • 4 tbsp sake or water

  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

  • Chives to taste

Directions

  • Add the Shimeji to a skillet over medium heat (do not wash the Shimeji);
  • When they wither, add the butter;
  • Let it gold and put the fire down;
  • Add shoyu sauce;
  • Add sugar;
  • Add sake (optional);
  • Your shimeji in butter is ready!
