Check out the ingredients needed for your Potato Sauté. 
You can also add other seasonings of your choice, such as garlic, onion or paprika, for example, to give it an extra touch of flavor.

Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes

  • 2 tablespoons of butter

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon fresh herbs (parsley, rosemary, thyme)

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Directions

  • Wash the potatoes and peel them. 
    Cut into small cubes.
  • In a pan, put the butter and oil and lead to medium fire.
  • When the butter is melted, add the potatoes.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
  • Cook over medium heat for about 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally so the potatoes brown evenly.
  • When the potatoes are soft, add the fresh herbs and mix well.
  • Remove from heat and serve hot.
