You won’t even believe how easy it is to prepare rustic potatoes baked in the oven!

Ingredients

  • 1 kg of potatoes

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon oregano

  • 1 teaspoon paprika (hot or smoked)

  • 1 drizzle of olive oil to grease the mold

  • 1 liter and 1/2 of water with salt

  • 2 crushed garlic cloves

  • 5 tablespoons olive oil

  • Black pepper to taste

Directions

  • Cut the potatoes in half with or without the skin, then cut the halves in half again.
  • Heat the water with the salt in a pan and when it boils add the potatoes. 
    Cook them for 4 minutes and drain the water carefully.
  • In a container place the olive oil, salt, paprika, oregano, crushed garlic, black pepper, potatoes and mix gently.
  • Grease a mold with a little oil, distribute the potatoes and brush them with the rest of the seasoned oil.
  • Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 200º₢ and the rustic oven potatoes are ready to eat.
