No one will resist this delicious Romeo and Juliet dessert in the oven!

Ingredients

  • 3 whole eggs

  • 300 grams of guava

  • 1 cup of cottage cheese (200 grams)

  • 1 box of cream (200 grams)

Directions

  • Slice the guava paste into pieces that are neither too thick nor too thin.
  • Place the guava pieces on the sides and bottom of a refractory that can go into the oven and set aside.
  • Beat the eggs in a container for 3 minutes with a whisk, fork or mixer.
  • Add to the beaten eggs the milk cream, the cottage cheese and mix very well until you form a cream.
  • Pour the cream over the guava jam and bake the dessert in a preheated oven at 200º₢ for 30 to 35 minutes.
  • Wait for the dessert to cool down before serving and the recipe for Romeo and Juliet in the oven is ready.
