Ingredients
3 whole eggs
300 grams of guava
1 cup of cottage cheese (200 grams)
1 box of cream (200 grams)
Directions
- Slice the guava paste into pieces that are neither too thick nor too thin.
- Place the guava pieces on the sides and bottom of a refractory that can go into the oven and set aside.
- Beat the eggs in a container for 3 minutes with a whisk, fork or mixer.
- Add to the beaten eggs the milk cream, the cottage cheese and mix very well until you form a cream.
- Pour the cream over the guava jam and bake the dessert in a preheated oven at 200º₢ for 30 to 35 minutes.
