4 potatoes
3 eggs
1/2 grated onion
2 tablespoon of mayonnaise
Salt, pepper, parsley and spices to taste
1 tablespoon mustard
Directions
- Cut the potatoes into medium cubes;
- Cook in salted water (do not overcook);
- Transfer potatoes to a bowl;
- Add sliced boiled egg, mayonnaise and mustard;
- Add half a grated onion, kingdom pepper, salt and green smell;
- Mix and take to fridge;
- Season the potato skins with olive oil, paprika and salt;
- Mix and fry;
