400 grams of ground and fried calabrese
2 boiled and mashed potatoes
1 and 1/2 tablespoon cream cheese
1 tablespoon flour of your choice
1 tablespoon minced green chives
1 large egg
Directions
- In a container add the ground and fried pepperoni, the egg, the cream cheese and the boiled and mashed potatoes.
- Mix the ingredients well, add the chopped green smell and mix again.
- Add the flour of your choice and mix until the dough is homogeneous and consistent.
- Model the dumplings in the way you prefer and have them side by side in a roast.
- Bake the potato dumplings with pepperoni for about 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 180º₢ and they are ready to serve.
