Ingredients

  • Filling
  • 3 eggs

  • 200g of ham

  • 100g of peas

  • 200g of mozzarella

  • 1 tomato

  • 100g corn

  • 1/2 red onion

  • 50g of olives

  • Oregano

  • 50g grated cheese

  • Pasta
  • 2 eggs

  • 100ml of oil

  • 200ml of milk

  • 1 teaspoon of salt

  • 1 box of cream

  • 2 cups of flour

  • 1 spoon of chemical yeast

Directions

  • In a bowl, add 3 boiled eggs;
  • Add 200g of ham;
  • Add 100g peas;
  • Add 200g of mozzarella;
  • Add 1 diced tomato;
  • Add 100g corn;
  • Add 1/2 chopped red onion;
  • Add 50g of olives;
  • Add oregano;
  • Mix well;
  • Add 50g of grated cheese;
  • Reserve;
  • In a bowl, add 2 eggs;
  • Add 100ml of oil;
  • Add 200ml of milk;
  • Add 1 teaspoon salt;
  • Add 1 box of cream milk;
  • Mix;
  • Add 1 cups flour;
  • Mix;
  • Add 1 spoon of chemical yeast;
  • Mix;
  • Transfer the dough to a greased and floured refractory;
  • Add the stuffing;
  • Bake at 180 degrees for approximately 30 minutes;
  • Your Portuguese pie is ready!
