Ingredients
5 whole eggs
500 grams of sweet or sour cassava starch
200 ml of boiling water
150 ml of oil
Salt to taste
Directions
- Place the sweet cassava starch in a container, add the boiling water and mix very well.
- Add the oil and mix again.
Then add the eggs and stir for a few minutes. - Add salt to taste, stir to homogenize and, using a spoon, add portions of the dough into a mold with space between them.
- Bake the tapioca starch cookies in a preheated oven at 250º₢ for around 35 to 45 minutes, or until golden brown and ready to serve.
