This roasted tapioca biscuit recipe is synonymous with a practical and delicious snack!

Ingredients

  • 5 whole eggs

  • 500 grams of sweet or sour cassava starch

  • 200 ml of boiling water

  • 150 ml of oil

  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • Place the sweet cassava starch in a container, add the boiling water and mix very well.
  • Add the oil and mix again. 
    Then add the eggs and stir for a few minutes.
  • Add salt to taste, stir to homogenize and, using a spoon, add portions of the dough into a mold with space between them.
  • Bake the tapioca starch cookies in a preheated oven at 250º₢ for around 35 to 45 minutes, or until golden brown and ready to serve.
