Peanut Cookies (Christmas Cookies)

Ingredients
2 whole eggs
1/2 cup (tea) of milk (100ml)
3 and 3/4 cups of wheat flour
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 and 1/2 cup roasted ground peanuts
1 tablespoon chemical baking powder
1 cup (tea) of sugar
Directions
- In a bowl beat the eggs very well and add the sugar, milk and mix well.
- Put the roasted ground peanuts, butter or margarine, salt and wheat flour little by little while stirring the ingredients well.
- Add the baking powder, stir and knead the dough until it comes off easily from your hands.
Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and roll it out to 1/2 cm thick. - Using Christmas cookie cutters or others of your choice, cut portions of the dough.
- Arrange them side by side on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake for about 50 minutes in a preheated oven at 180º₢.
- Remove the peanut cookies from the baking sheet after they have cooled to room temperature and can now be served.
