Ingredients
300 grams of grated coconut
125 grams condensed milk
1 cup (tea) of water (130 grams)
1 cup (tea) sugar (130 grams)
1 passion fruit
Directions
- In a pan put the grated coconut, condensed milk, sugar and water.
Bring to a boil and start stirring. - Add the pulp of 1/2 passion fruit and stir well.
Put the pulp of the other half and keep stirring constantly until it thickens. - Turn off the heat and keep stirring the candy for a few more minutes, until it hardens.
- Wait to cool down a bit, transfer to a mold and spread well, or if you prefer, model the cocadas and place them next to each other in the mold.
- Let the jam dry at room temperature until it hardens and the passion fruit cocada is ready to serve.
