Milk-free Pancake Dough

Ingredients

  • 2 whole eggs

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 cup of water (tea)

  • 1 cup wheat flour (tea)

  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese (optional)

  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • Put the flour, water in a bowl and mix until the dough is homogeneous.
  • Add the olive oil and mix some more. 
    Add the eggs and mix again.
  • Add the salt to taste and Parmesan cheese to the other ingredients and stir until the dough is uniform.
  • Preheat a skillet greased with oil or butter and add a portion of the dough with a ladle.
  • Wait to cook for 40 seconds and when the dough is golden and unglued, turn and brown the other side for another 40 seconds.
  • Repeat the process with all the liquid batter and the pancakes are ready to serve with your favorite side dish.
