Milk-free Pancake Dough

Ingredients
2 whole eggs
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup of water (tea)
1 cup wheat flour (tea)
1/4 cup parmesan cheese (optional)
Salt to taste
Directions
- Put the flour, water in a bowl and mix until the dough is homogeneous.
- Add the olive oil and mix some more.Â
Add the eggs and mix again. - Add the salt to taste and Parmesan cheese to the other ingredients and stir until the dough is uniform.
- Preheat a skillet greased with oil or butter and add a portion of the dough with a ladle.
- Wait to cook for 40 seconds and when the dough is golden and unglued, turn and brown the other side for another 40 seconds.
- Repeat the process with all the liquid batter and the pancakes are ready to serve with your favorite side dish.
