For your meat esfiha to be perfect, use the ingredients below and follow the preparation step-by-step.

Ingredients

  • Filling
  • 500g minced meat

  • 1 lemon juice

  • Salt to taste

  • 2 chopped onions

  • 2 chopped tomatoes

  • Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

  • Pasta
  • 500g wheat flour

  • 1 spoon of sugar

  • 10g of biological yeast

  • 1 cup of milk

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 spoons of butter

  • Salt to taste

  • Catupiry to stuff the edges (optional)

Directions

  • Add lemon juice to ground beef;
  • Add salt;
  • Add chopped onions;
  • Add chopped tomatoes;
  • Mix and book;
  • In a bowl, add the wheat flour;
  • Add sugar;
  • Add the biological yeast;
  • Add the milk;
  • Mix well;
  • Add the eggs;
  • Add the butter;
  • Add salt to taste;
  • Mix well;
  • Knead a little;
  • Open the dough and cut into circles;
  • Add catupiry on the sides (optional) and close the edges;
  • Add the stuffing;
  • Add grated Parmesan cheese;
  • Take to preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 15 minutes;
  • Your meat esfihas are ready!!
