Ingredients
1 whole egg
5 tablespoons cornstarch
3 tablespoons condensed milk
1 teaspoon cake yeast
Directions
- In a bowl put the egg and beat until it forms a white foam.
- Add the condensed milk, cornstarch and mix very well.
- Add the baking soda, mix until the dough homogenizes and transfer to a greased skillet.
- Light the low fire, cap and wait 4 minutes.Â
