The flavor and texture of the dough in this cornstarch cloud cake are irresistible!

Ingredients

  • 1 whole egg

  • 5 tablespoons cornstarch

  • 3 tablespoons condensed milk

  • 1 teaspoon cake yeast

Directions

  • In a bowl put the egg and beat until it forms a white foam.
  • Add the condensed milk, cornstarch and mix very well.
  • Add the baking soda, mix until the dough homogenizes and transfer to a greased skillet.
  • Light the low fire, cap and wait 4 minutes. 
    Release the dough, turn and leave for another 3 minutes to gold.
  • Turn off the heat, wait for it to cool down and the Maizena cloud cake is ready.
