The result of this easy lemon pave is a dessert that is a huge hit!

Ingredients

  • 100 ml of milk

  • 210 ml lemon juice

  • 3 cans of cream

  • 2 cans of condensed milk

  • 300 grams of cornstarch biscuits (or any other of your choice)

Directions

  • Add condensed milk and cream to the blender and beat well.
  • Add the lemon juice and beat for another 2 minutes, until the mixture is creamy.
  • Put a little cream on the bottom of a platter and then make a layer with the cookies moistened in the milk.
  • Repeat the process for the other layers and finish with the cream. 
    Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • Finish adding lemon zest to taste and the lemon pavé is ready.
