Ingredients

  • 1L of whole milk

  • 6 tablespoons of vinegar

  • 1 spoonful of salted butter

  • 100 ml of hot milk

Directions

  • In a pan, add 1L of whole milk;
  • When you start forming bubbles on the sides, turn off the fire;
  • Add 6 tablespoons of vinegar;
  • Mix and let it carve for 2 minutes;
  • Transfer to a sieve and wait to drain;
  • Transfer the mass to a blender;
  • Add 1 tablespoon salted butter;
  • Add 100ml of hot milk;
  • Beat well;
  • Transfer to a pan on the fire and mix until thickened, for 2 minutes;
  • Your homemade catupiry is ready!
