This homemade paçoca is synonymous with an easy and delicious dessert!
Ingredients
250 grams of cornstarch biscuits
250 grams of roasted and skinless peanuts
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 can condensed milk (395 grams)
1 pinch of salt
Directions
- Grind the roasted, skinless peanuts in a food processor and transfer to a container.
- In the processor, grind the cornstarch cookies until you form a flour.
- In a container place the ground peanuts, the crushed cookies, the chocolate powder, the salt and mix.
- Gradually add the condensing milk while mixing the ingredients with your hands until you form a compact mass.
- Distribute the paçoca dough in a greased form with butter or margarine.
Fix it well and let it rest for 30 minutes. - Cut the paçoca into pieces any way you like and the homemade paçoca recipe is ready to serve.
