Ingredients

  • 800 grams of fish fillet

  • 1 box of cream

  • 200 ml of coconut milk

  • 1 egg

  • 200 grams of mozzarella

  • Salt

  • thyme

  • garlic

  • dried parsley

  • rosemary

  • oregano

Directions

  • Season the fish with the spices and set aside for 10 minutes;
  • In a bowl, add: Sour cream, Coconut milk, egg and 1 pinch of salt;
  • Mix well;
  • Add the grated mozzarella;
  • Mix again;
  • Transfer the fish to a refractory;
  • Add cream;
  • Add mozzarella on top;
  • Take to preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 30 minutes;
  • Your grilled fish is ready!
