Ingredients
800 grams of fish fillet
1 box of cream
200 ml of coconut milk
1 egg
200 grams of mozzarella
Salt
thyme
garlic
dried parsley
rosemary
oregano
Directions
- Season the fish with the spices and set aside for 10 minutes;
- In a bowl, add: Sour cream, Coconut milk, egg and 1 pinch of salt;
- Mix well;
- Add the grated mozzarella;
- Mix again;
- Transfer the fish to a refractory;
- Add cream;
- Add mozzarella on top;
- Take to preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 30 minutes;
- Your grilled fish is ready!
