The granulated tapioca cupcake dough is deliciously soft on the inside and crispy on the outside!

Ingredients

  • 500ml hot milk

  • 500 grams of granulated tapioca

  • 25 grams of grated cheese

  • 2 tablespoons of butter

  • 2 whole eggs

  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • In a bowl, place the granulated tapioca, the butter, the hot milk and mix until the butter melts.
  • Add the salt and mix well. 
    Cover and let the dough rest for 20 minutes to rehydrate.
  • Add the eggs and grated cheese to the dough, mix until smooth and shape the dumplings as you prefer.
  • Place the dumplings in a mold with space between them and bake in a preheated oven at 180º₢ for about 25 to 30 minutes.
  • Carefully remove the mold from the oven, wait for the granulated tapioca balls to cool down a bit and they are ready.
