Surprise everyone with this tasty and practical granola cake!

Ingredients

  • 240 ml of milk

  • 120 ml of oil

  • 2 whole eggs

  • 2 cups granola (tea)

  • 1 cup wheat flour (tea)

  • 1 cup (tea) brown sugar

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon powder

  • 1/2 cup raisins (tea)

Directions

  • In a bowl of an electric mixer add the eggs and sugar, beat for 1 minute, then add the oil and beat for another 1 minute.
  • Add the milk and beat for 1 minute. 
    Put the wheat flour and mix with a fuê.
  • Add the granola, the raisins, the cinnamon powder and mix again very well with the fuê.
  • Put the baking soda, mix until you homogenize the dough and transfer to a greased shape.
  • Sprinkle cinnamon powder over the dough and bake in a preheated oven at 180º₢ for about 40 minutes.
  • Wait for the granola cake to cool at room temperature before unmolding and it is ready to cut and serve.
