Ingredients
240 ml of milk
120 ml of oil
2 whole eggs
2 cups granola (tea)
1 cup wheat flour (tea)
1 cup (tea) brown sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 tablespoon cinnamon powder
1/2 cup raisins (tea)
Directions
- Beat the eggs very well with the brown sugar using a mixer, mixer or blender.
- Add the oil and beat for another 1 minute.
Add the milk and beat again for 1 minute. - Add the wheat flour and mix with a spoon or whisk.
Add the granola, raisins, cinnamon and stir well. - Put the baking soda, mix again until homogenized and pour the dough into a greased shape.
- Sprinkle cinnamon powder over the dough and bake in a preheated oven at 180º₢ for 40 minutes.
- Let the cake cool, turn it out onto a platter or plate and the granola cake is ready to be served.
