Grandma’s Sprinkle Pastry Cake that melts in your mouth

Brevity of manioc flour that melts in your mouth, that cake that our grandma used to make, simply wonderful.

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 1/3 sugar (130 g)

  • 1 3/4 cup sweet sprinkles (150 g)

  • Zest of 1 lemon (optional)

Directions

  • Place the eggs in the mixer and beat until foamy;
  • Add the sugar and beat for 10 minutes until it’s very off-white;
  • Add the lemon zest and the sprinkle mixing well;
  • Transfer to an 18 cm greased shape with butter;
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 35 minutes or until golden brown.
