Ingredients
3 whole eggs
2 cups wheat flour (tea)
1 tablespoon chemical yeast
1 cup of milk (tea)
1 box condensed milk
1 bottle of coconut milk
1 pack of shredded coconut
1/2 cup (tea) of sugar
1/2 cup (tea) of oil
Directions
- Using a whisk, mix the eggs with the oil and sugar very well in a bowl.
- Add the milk and mix again.
Then gradually add the flour and keep mixing. - Add the baking soda and mix to homogenize.
Transfer the dough to a greased mold and bake for 40 minutes in a preheated oven at 240º₢. - In a container add condensed milk, coconut milk, grated coconut and mix very well to make the cover.
- Pierce the whole cake, add the frosting on top and cover the cake.
Leave it in the fridge for a few hours and the coconut cake is ready.
