For your French Toast to be delicious, follow the step-by-step preparation method using the ingredients below.

Ingredients

  • 200g of sugar

  • 90g of butter

  • 125ml of heavy cream

  • Pinch of salt to taste

  • 1 egg

  • 1 coffee spoon of vanilla essence

  • Sugar to taste

  • 100ml of milk

  • 1 tablespoon of butter

  • 3 slices of bread

Directions

  • In a pan on the fire, melt 200g of sugar;
  • Add 90g of butter;
  • Add 125ml of heavy cream;
  • Add a pinch of salt;
  • In a bowl, add 1 egg;
  • Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence;
  • Add sugar to taste;
  • Add 100ml of milk;
  • Mix;
  • In a skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter;
  • Soak bread slices in yolk mixture;
  • Fry on both sides in melted butter;
  • Transfer to a plate and add the caramel on top;
  • Your French Toast is ready!
