90g of butter
125ml of heavy cream
Pinch of salt to taste
1 egg
1 coffee spoon of vanilla essence
Sugar to taste
100ml of milk
1 tablespoon of butter
3 slices of bread
Directions
- In a pan on the fire, melt 200g of sugar;
- Add 90g of butter;
- Add 125ml of heavy cream;
- Add a pinch of salt;
- In a bowl, add 1 egg;
- Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence;
- Add sugar to taste;
- Add 100ml of milk;
- Mix;
- In a skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter;
