So that your eggplant stuffed with ground meat is well seasoned and tasty, use the ingredients on the list and follow the step-by-step instructions for preparation.


  • 4 eggplants

  • 800g ground beef (I used beef)

  • 2 finely chopped onions

  • 5 minced garlic cloves

  • Green smell to taste

  • 1 tin of peeled tomatoes

  • 3 bay leaves

  • Salt and pepper

  • 250g grated mozzarella

  • 1/3 cup dry red wine

  • Oil

  • Basil


  • Cut the eggplants in half and remove the skins;
  • Place on a baking sheet and season with salt, pepper and olive oil;
  • Bake for 15 minutes at 200 degrees;
  • Cut the hoopoes;
  • Take it to a skillet with olive oil;
  • Season with salt and pepper;
  • Leave until golden and book;
  • In the skillet, add more olive oil;
  • Add chopped onion and bay leaves;
  • Once the onion withers, add the ground beef and garlic;
  • Once golden, add salt and pepper;
  • Add the wine and the peeled tomato;
  • Cook for 10 minutes;
  • Add the chopped eggplant pulp;
  • Add the green smell;
  • Stuff the eggplants;
  • Add cheese on top;
  • Bake for 15 minutes;
  • Your eggplant stuffed with ground beef is ready!
